As you all know I will be on vacation from 11-21-08 to 12-1-08, returning to the office on 12-2-08. I wanted you to know who the back up is for Palm Colony. My back up is Grant Gorski at Ext #32 or you can call Linda (my assistant) at Ext 11.

DATE CHANGE FOR ROAD SEALING

judyw writes " Palm Colony Road Sealing dates have been changed from Nov 24th and 26th to December 4th and 5th. If weather is a factor for not paving on these dates, you will be notified of alternative dates.
We do not know at this time which of our streets will be paved first. Please watch for notices.
The pavers plan to pave one side of a street at a time. If paving is being done on your side, please leave your car parked OUTSIDE of Palm Colony, either at the Tennis Courts or along Goldcrest. You will be able to drive along one side of the street being paved.
Service vehicles and delivery trucks WILL NOT be allowed access to our streets until paving is completed. Please notifiy vendors and service people in advance.

Community Code - Gate Access

The community code is "PL" for our purposes. That is for all of Pelican Landing (including The Colony). Individual neighborhoods do not have a code. Please refer to www.PelicanLanding.org/gateaccess.pdf, as it has the code and further instructions in it.

Dear Judy,
Pelican Landing has begun using a new gate access system. This new system allows residents not only to authorize guests and vendors via the a voicemail system as in the past, but now also via the internet at www.gateaccess.net. For instructions for each method, please click the links to the documents below. If you have any technical problems, please contact the privacy staff.
