Tell them that you would like to have a copy of the Wind Mitigation Condo Unit Owners-Inspection Request Form for the inspection that hs already been done for Palm Colony, Pelican Landing, Bonita Springs. They will send you a form to fill out (very basis info: name, address, insurance co. name, etc) . rReturn to them with a check for $25.00. This is all you pay since the inspection has already been done . They are just sending you a modified copy with your specific address. They will send you two copies of the wind mitigation report, one for you and one for your insurance company. They even have a gurantee. If you send this to your insurance company and you don't receive a discount, they will refund your $25.00. Quite a few people have done this here in Palm Colony. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call or email Jim King.

Simplex Grinnell has rescheduled the INSIDE unit sprinkler inspection date. Dates to remember are January 8 & 9th starting at 8 am each day.
Please make arrangements to be home or have someone available who is able to let the Simplex Ginnell person into your unit for the inspection.
