Q.-Can I reserve the pool and facilities for events and/or private parties?
A.-Owners and Renters can reserve certain Palm Colony facilities.
The pool itself can not be reserved.
To reserve the cabana area of Canary Island Pool or the club house or cabana area at Ivory Cane Pool the owner/renter must complete a Reservations and Use Agreement.
Q.-Who do I call if there are bugs/critters inside my condo?
A.-As part of the Palm Colony quarterly fee Home Team provides an analysis and treatment plan to deal with your problem. For details click on the Question above.

Q.-What do I do if the light above my outside door burns out?
A.-All the exterior lights on our condos are the responsibility of Palm Colony
including the lights above the doors of units 201, 202 & 203.
Complete the Light Out form on the bulletin board next to the mailboxes...and it will be replaced

Q.-Who is responsible for water damage from shower/washer type leaks?
A.-The owner(s) involved in damage from a leak from showers/toilets/washers/etc. are responsible for correcting and paying for all damage.
Palm Colony is responsible for replacing any wallboard/drywall minus any painting and/or texturing.
FRONT DOOR CLEANING
Q.-How often are the front outside doors power washed?
A.-Once every other month in the winter; every month in the summer

Q.-Who pays for the costs associated with a golf ball through my window?
A.-The home owner is responsible for repairing and paying for the repairs from any dammage that a golf ball or like material might cause to our condos. Neither the golf course nor the associations (Pelican Landing or Palm Colony) claim any responsibility.
